Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as a direct cash reimbursement or store credit, depending on your preference.
