Returns and Refunds Policy

At Madeline Journeys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of camping gear, hiking gear, and luggage. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as a direct cash reimbursement or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days after we receive the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items
